Fabulous vintage, sterling silver Drum Major Baton Charm is approximately 7/8 inch long.  In excellent, vintage condition.  The sterling mark is clearly visible on the shaft of the baton.  This Baton charm is a true Drum Major Baton with the larger ball on the top.
