Order Processing

MyCharmedLife makes every effort to process all orders received by 12pm CST, the same business day. However, due to custom charm bracelet creations, 14kt gold charm orders, peak holidays and market, processing times may vary. Generally, all orders will be available for shipment within 3-5 business days from receipt of order, unless otherwise contacted.

Domestic Shipments

MyCharmedLife offers you to choose the carrier you wish to ship your order. MyCharmedLife is proud to offer the services of both the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).

Please note that addresses with a PO Box, APO or are being shipped to Hawaii (HI) or Alaska (AK) MUST select USPS Priority Mail as the carrier/shipping method at check out.

Transit Time

Actual shipping transit times will vary according to your location and the carrier selected. All orders are shipped from Chicago, IL 60630.

USPS Priority Mail arrives within 2-3 days, on average.

UPS Ground arrives within 1-5 business days.

Shipping Confirmations

Shipping confirmation receipts are sent for all orders when a valid email address is provided. Once the item(s) ship, an email notice with the tracking information either from UPS (via QuantumView Network) or USPS (via mycharmedlife.com) will be sent. If you didn't receive a shipping confirmation, please check your spam folders for emails from either "QuantumView" (UPS) or MyCharmedLife (USPS).

For privacy and security reasons, all packages shipped from MyCharmedLife shows only our corporate name: LGZ, Inc.

International Shipments

We regret we are unable to accept international orders via the website at this time. However, MyCharmedLife is happy to accept international orders via fax, mail, email or telephon. We offer international shipping for credit card customers only. Please note that for goods shipped outside of the United States, you are responsible for any additional import duties, taxes, fees and/or documentation depending upon the customs regulations in your country. For international shipments, MCL utilizes USPS Global Priority Mail as the shipping method. On average, your shipment will arrive within 4-6 business days. The flat rate for international shipping is $15.00 US (unless otherwise notified), plus a $4.00 US handling fee. An International Order Form must be completed and can either be faxed to 773.427.4605 or emailed to info@mycharmedlife.com.
