I'm ordering this as a gift for someone in the same household and would like to know what name appears as the return address on the shipping label?
For privacy and security reasons, all packages shipped from MyCharmedLife shows only our corporate name: LGZ, Inc.

I'm ordering this as a gift and having it shipped to a different name and address than the "bill to" address. Will the gift recipient see the price of all the items?
No. MyCharmedLife includes a gift receipt with the package as well as any "gift with purchase" special offers. For example, with any charm bracelet ordered, a complimentary Charm Diary is sent within the package. As an added security measure, a printed Sales Receipt is mailed, via USPS, to the bill-to address. This receipt and the e-mail order confirmation will contain pricing information.

I'm ordering multiple gifts, how do I designate which charms go on which bracelets?
Simple! Just state which charms to attach to which bracelets in the "special instructions/requests" area in the checkout process. If you are using our MULITPLE SHIP TO address feature, our site will ask you to check which items go to which address.
